  • Group tickets will be invoiced on one invoice per organisation.

  • All participants must officially register as ticket users via the separate form provided by the organiser (IPMA-SA).

Terms and conditions for group tickets

 

  • Group tickets must be confirmed one month before the Congress, 27.10.2024.

  • Group tickets will be invoiced on one invoice per organisation.

  • All ticket fees must be paid before the event.

  • All individuals must officially register as ticket users via the form provided by the organiser (IPMA-SA).

  • Cancellation conditions and payment
    Once a ticket has been purchased for an event, participation is binding and the ticket is non-refundable. Registration will be invoiced at the time of booking (credit card). If you are unable to attend the event, you can give your place to a colleague. Cancellation conditions also apply in case of illness.

Invitation letter to the Visa application

NOTE!

  • All persons who want to have an Invitation letter for Visa need to first register for the Event

  • After this person contacts the organiser via the contact form

All participants who require an Invitation letter must provide the organiser with the following information at least:
 

  • Full name (as stated in the passport)

  • Date and place of birth

  • Nationality

  • Copy of the valid passport

  • In some case, more information is needed
