Arrival at the Stadium

Access to the DHL Stadium and event is only through the P1A entrance, whether arriving by car, shuttle, or on foot. Event entry is exclusively on Level 0, close to the P1A entrance.

Setup Day and Access to Exhibition Stands

Partners can access the venue starting Wednesday, 27 November, from 10:00 am, if you wish to bring materials, brochures, or other items to your stand in advance. Agreed-upon materials will be ready for you at your exhibition stand upon arrival.

Name Badges and Registration

When arriving at the venue for the first time, visit the information and registration desk in the Level 0 lobby. There is a designated information area for partners and speakers in the central section where you will simply provide your name to receive your name badge and participant materials.

NOTE: No printed tickets are required. Provide your name at the desk, and if you have registered, you will automatically receive your participant materials.
NOTE: Your name badge must be worn at all times and kept visible. Do not lose or misplace it under any circumstances!
